Chattagram Dental College Hospital was founded in the year 2003 with the view to provide good quality dental health care education to the students.
It is the first dental college established in Chittagong. The college is sponsored by IUC trust. It is approved by government of Bangladesh and Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC). It is, at present, affiliated with University of Chittagong. It is a well growing private dental college initiated by IUC trust. The mission of the college is to make some quality doctors with morality. Its four year Bachelor Dental Surgery course is accredited by University of Chittagong. The students have to go through a one year internship attached with hospital.

The students who have passed SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations with minimum GPA determined by government regulatory body DGHS. The students must have combined GPA 8.00 in SSC and HSC. The GPA must not be below 3.50 in any examination. The students must be from science background with the knowledge of physics, chemistry, and biology. The hill tracts candidates with combined GPA 7.00 will be allowed for admission. The O level and A level students must apply through college or directly to DGHS. The equivalency of GPA will be examined by DGHS. DGHS will conduct an admission test and the selected candidates will have to collect an application form from the admission office of the college and submit with the documents asked for in the admission circular. The admission office with keep all the original certificates and mark sheets till the end of the course and all the payment are non-refundable.
