Chittagong by bus or train. From there, go to Hatiya by motor boat. Motor boats are available in Hatia to reach Nijhum Dwip. Go to Jahazmara bazaar by tempo or jeep. From there, go to Amtali Ghat by rickshaw to catch motor boats.
Accommodation and Food
Accommodation is not attractive in this island. The facilities are also limited for tourists. You will have to at Hatia in boarding hotels. The best one is Monir Chairman’s boarding. There are some district Parishad guest houses. But you will need prior permission. You will get both sea and exotic foods on this island. You have to be aware of the quality of the foods.
